Account with multiplayer privileges.

Two things come to my mind:

1) Is your account age restricted? Are you able to play other M rated games online?

2) Possibly something with your privacy / security settings.

L4D2 is a backwards compatible 360 game.

Load any 360 game.

Once loaded hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button) on controller.

This will bring up the 360 guide choose download profile from there.

No its with all my games that have multiplayer, a d NAT is open and working fine

I have tried all that and even tried calling Support and it hangs up on me I've tried everything that's been told to try over last 3 days and it is getting worse. Truthfully I would just appreciate a call or message from an actual technical person

would initially try
removing and redownloading your account as up to date as possible.

If that does not help resolve the issue, next contact
customer support and let an agent review if anything is going on with your account.
