    Account Weirdness


    So I tried to switch account 1 to my computer. So I got it all fixed, then on the Microsoft.com I want to change my primary alias to my new alias (account 1 to account 2), it worked. But I open my Xbox account and it says the preset account on the computer
    (PremiumWig47378) so it won't go away so I can't put my Xbox 360 account on there (). Help!

    Old Xbox email that was on 360: Account 1

    New Xbox email that is on my computer: Account 2

    It sounds like an xbox live account was set up on the other email which is why youre probably seeing that as a gamertag. Theres no way of transferring a GT to a new email address as theyre tied specifically to the address. You would need to create a brand
    new email address to add as an alias which didnt have an xbox live account set up.

    I would recommend to change your password and activate the two step verification. It could be that someone hacked you.

    Most likely it's a bug in the system but from what I'm seeing this is not the first time it's happened and they're all creepy pictures. I imagine it's just a group of black hat hackers messing with people.

    i am having the same problem. online games working but my whole microsoft account isn’t working. no friends list cant access account. friends tinted with asian symbols. online status unknown as well
