    When I logged into my Microsoft account using my email address, I was asked to create a new account, but I already had the account Sanji5941. I am now logged in using the exact same email address, but my account is now SanJiS233 is a brand new account. All my purchases from my previous Sanji5941 have all disappeared, but I have all my purchases in my email. And I can still receive the ad push to my Sanji5941, but when I log in with the exact same email address, it's a brand new account as SanJiS233!

    You got reset due to a glitch.

    If you do not have a backup save on a USB drive or the Cloud storage, it is gone for good and you will have to restart.
