Account was randomly suspended due to my gamer pic of myself

just last night I got a notice of suspension due to my profile pic of myself. It also doesn’t violate the code of conduct. I’m certain someone just spam reported me, but I can’t even fight back. Cant get any details on how my pic “violates” anything, Can’t appeal, and I can’t speak to a real person. any advice would be great. That was my favorite picture of myself so I want to reupload it. I’m thinking if it gets banned again, maybe it’ll allow me to appeal and eventually speak to an ACTUAL HUMAN.

Support can't revert suspensions, it is all done via the form.

I advise you not to upload it again, since you were already suspended for it.

As sad its been suspended until after the lock down due to corona virus.

And yes you can change your gamer pic for free . Its just gamer tags you pay for . 👍

you can report any gamertag for image and they are immediately suspended with a forced gamer pic change, others have also tested this and have the exact same result, have tested this myself on my old account and that was just a solid colour. the system is broken beyond belief and until it is sorted Microsoft cannot be trusted with anything.

With all due respect, what are you talking about? My account is not suspended, Xbox randomly changed my gamertag which was very special to me!

Microsoft have suspended gamer picture changing at the moment.

I've been trying for days to upload a custom image without success.

Due to high demand of the network due to covid 19...

Not sure if this applies to the default games pic..
