Account was hacked and Status of my request is only acknowledged?

Hi one of my Microsoft accounts was hacked and of course, its the one with my Minecraft java account linked. And They said to wait up to 3 days. It has been 3 days since I spoke to Raphael, and I haven't gotten any emails back or anything like that. I desperately want my account back, someone please help. The support bot puts me in an infinite loop...

Sorry to hear that, sometimes the recovery process for a hacked account can take up to 30 days.

As you already have a case opened, please try waiting.

Oh my, what site did you use to report the hacked account? You need to tell them that the email isn't hacked anymore, only the Minecraft account! I recommend using this link:
