In cases like your so when filling out the form you will have an option that asks you if there were purchases that were not made by you and were made after I lost the account.

That means your account was used by someone to purchase 3 Gift Cards. Since the gift cards are tied to your account, you can view those codes. You can check if those has been redeemed or not by visiting https://redeem.microsoft.com

start by remove your credit card from your account. it may just be someone who have hacked your account and buy those 'unvertified purchases'.
