Account was hacked and gift cards charged?

Thanks for the info… but when I do this it says who made the purchase and you have to pick one… and it doesn’t say anything about unknown person.

You can choose any option that resembles an unknown example you can select that the purchase was made by an adult. Then you explain the reason why you want to request a refund.

I am very sorry that you are experiencing this problem, from what I understand you have already managed to recover the account but you want to request a refund. So first we are going to verify your account history since you must copy the transaction number or order number of the debits that you have not authorized in your account.

In case you see the debits that are there, I will leave you a link where you will have to fill out a refund form. In case your refund is rejected, respond to the email they sent explaining the reason. If you apply the gift cards to your account so that your account gas a credit balance, any purchase will use your account balance first and charge the remainder to your payment card
