Account was hacked and bannd plz help

Back in 2016 my account was hacked when I got it back the hacker permanently suspended me can you plz unbanned my account

You would have had to contact support back when that happened so they could do an unauthorized access investigation, then contact the enforcement team to see if it could be unbanned. Since it happened so long ago, that would no longer be possible.

You can find information about console bans here but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.
