Account was banned for no apparent reason

I really hope this company burns to the ground your customer support is worthless absolutely worthless in every way

Most the questions are easy the ones I missed are absolutely stupid trick questions. Everywhere I go looking for support be it a phone call or posting on some forum I'm really growing to hate this company. So you can't help me either thanks for nothing.

I've done everything asked of me the only thing that held back my review was that stupid questionnaire that you think is so easy . The question I missed last was true or false if there weren't enough complaints a band can be lifted. How the hell am I supposed
to know that **** and why am I going to take the time to look it up when I've already wasted an entire morning calling messaging and screwing with you stupid people to try and fix this issue.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The questions you have to answer are extremely easy & are to make sure you are familiar with the TpU/CoC. Every answer can be found in the ToU/CoC.

Sometimes you may get a thank you message if action is taken against someone due to a report you filed but this is very rare.Usually you will not be informed of the results of any report you file so have no way of knowing whether someone has received enforcement
action due to a report you have filed.
