    Hello. My account was recently banned because my friend changed my gamer pic to something rude. I was wondering if i could have the enforcement reversed?

    I was banned and it wasn't my fault

    My account has been wrongly banned for something I wasn't involved in. One of my friends went into my account and sent another one of my friends a rude message. The other friend therefore reported my account as a "joke" and my account has been banned. Please

    Was banned for no reason

    good afternoon.

    I was just on my account not even 5 mins. I was banned from my chats for no reason at all. I ask one of the player to leaving the game i was playing due to his rude language towards me and my friend. I want this to be lifted because i dint do anything

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to
    enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action and can open a case review with the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) if available.
