Account Virus

The reason I thought that was because my minecraft on my xbox one after about an hour of playing kept freezing and I could not play anymore. I downloaded a mod I am guessing is for the PC to get a real life texture pack. My irl friend was suggesting to me that it is possible it is the profile as data is with that. That is why I asked.

Your Xbox profile can't get a virus. If you are having issues with something, it is almost certainly the hardware you are using. What makes you think your profile has a virus?

There is no option to check if an Xbox profile has a virus.

As for refunds to items purchased on the store. There is certain requirements that needs to be met before refunds can be eligible for consideration.

1. Need to have purchased the game/product in the last 14 days.

2. Have not played/used more than 2 hours.

So you are the owner of "the rising globe account". What exactly do you mean by that? Is that your Xbox gamertag? Or is that an account for a game service called "Rising globe"?

What dev contacted you and what did the dev do to upset you?

How are you prevented from getting on the Xbox.com website? Do you get a specific error message?
