I need help accessing my microsoft account.

The account verification keeps denying me access, I have tried answering as many of the questions i can, including my xbox device id and using the computer I created the account with, along with all personal information, it does not let me put in my old card details i used to make purchases on the account due to the expiry date only allowing 2021 or later. I have been in New Zealand the past 3 and a half years and used a different email. I am now back and really need access to my account. I Can't find anyway of contacting apart from here and the email i have linked to it is in the same state. Please send help! or give me the contact of someone who can help me. I really want to gain access to my Xbox account and all the games i have purchased, it has been way too long and now i am devastated...

Sorry to hear that, the only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Or you can try fill this other form too, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team

Also, you could try alternative methods to recover your account here:

If you already tried all the above, you may need to keep filling the account recovery form with different information until recovery team accept it :c

This is due to here in the public community forums no one can access/view/modify/deliver account information

nline (One you have to verify) you should be able to log into there website using that and it should tell you that its not activated yet and that they'll send you a verifaction e-mail, hope that works.

the status code 80190848 means you have an authorization error contact the bank to make sure that they have online payments and recuring charges and also have them accept the $0.00 verifaction charge from microsoft

No ones quick to reply or update us of any problem to the disc drive i am guessing you maybe right i might be a disk verifaction thing that maybe they dont want us to know about only time will tell one things for sure its definitly was ok before this update

This didn't help it only took me to the same website that leads me to my already deactivated alternate email :l
