Beste microsoft,

Mijn account is inmiddels al 2 maanden vergrendeld ik heb het vormulier op de site aka.ms/compliancelock al meerdere malen ingevuld en steeds geen gehoor ook heb ik al meerdere malen met de klantenservice gebeld en gechat. Wat moet ik nu dan want kan niet
in outlook en op mijn Xbox.

Hello Luc_D,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Microsoft account is locked, but you haven't received a response after filling out the form in the link you provided us. Which customer support did you call? Microsoft support or Xbox
support? Have you checked all of your emails and spam folders just in case the response was sent to spam?

If you haven't
contacted Microsoft support specifically, we recommend doing so as they would have more information regarding this matter.

I've contacted xbox customer support and Microsoft customer support. and i just checked al my folders and in none of the there is an andere.

Im sorry to hear that your account has been compromised. The only options available here would be on this link :

“I think my account has been hacked”

Xbox support will only be able to help you through those steps and walk you to the account recovery form that you already filled out. You may continue to fill out that form as many times as you need.
