account update problem

    I updated my information but still xbox live rewards tells me there is a problem with my account what can I do?

    Account update problem

    When i connect to XBL it says i need to update my account and then it brings me to account management billing information. I don't know why, my gold should still good until January, and when i try to do anything it gives me error code:80162765. I search
    up that code on Xbox.com and nothing shows up.

    and in the case that it is my gold that ran out, ive tried using 2 unused xbl codes, one for a 48h and one for a 1month.. both of which did not work. Any suggestions?

    Hi Darkfull Dante. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently
