Account Unreasonably Terminated and no support allowed

A few months ago (hard to pinpoint the time i'm VERY tired of this issue) my account was locked one morning, it told me to fill out a review to get it back. I put in all the information and it says "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership..." I have attempted this many times over the course of the few months that have passed, different information all true. I have taken it to the official Xbox support and they do not offer help. I've grown tired of this and yet nothing I just want my account back as I have years logged on it and a lot of progress I am not willing to lose. If anyone has had this happen to them and figured it out I would like some assistance. Anything other than advice will be ignored. Please help.

you really did not read the original post, they have done this countless times, independent advisors need to read the posts and stop copy and pasting.

The only advice i can give is if you had 2fa active on the account then support cannot assist as they cannot physically access your account without the code.

My question is if this person was doing this why wasn't his account terminated this is another failure of Xbox to protect it's patrons. This should not have been allowed to continue.

So they only way to allow my kids to play multiplayer games is to set them to adult settings? That seems unreasonable. There has to be another solution.
