Ive done that to it doesnt work

Im trying to play ufc on disc and its telling me to insert the disc and its already in there and non of the solutions work please help!

I suggest you try this way:

• Eject the disc
• Perform a full power cycle ( https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console )
• Restart the console
• Insert the disc
• Retry
