Account that I don't use banned from Xbox Live

I know people are probably thinking, 'You don't get banned for no reason, you must have done something,' but I can explain. A few days ago, I received an email saying, 'The Xbox Safety team has found that recent behavior by the Xbox profile based on your email address violated one or more terms of the Community Standards for Xbox or Microsoft Services Agreement.' I was able to submit an appeal, so I did that, and I received a generic email saying I was banned for 'harassment.' I know that this is nonsense since I almost NEVER use that account. The sole purpose of that account was to pay for a Minecraft Bedrock Multiplayer Realm subscription. I never use Xbox Party Chat, Text Chat, or Voice Chat.

I tried responding to the email that stated why I was banned and received no response, which I was expecting since I figured it was probably just an automated email. After contacting their Twitter, phone number, email, and even getting in contact with their executive customer relations team, they all said the same thing: 'Sorry, we are unable to help since Xbox Enforcement deals with those issues.' Every time I ask them how to contact enforcement, they all say they don't know since they don't have a phone number or email.

I also had a suspicion that my account may have been compromised, but I thought that would be extremely unlikely since I have good security across all of my accounts. I checked my login attempts and only saw two in the previous month (which were mine). I have never played any other games on this account except for Minecraft for Windows (to set up the realm), and if you don't believe me, my Xbox username is xxxxAstra, so you can check for yourself. If anyone knows what I could do, I would greatly appreciate it.
