Account temporarily suspended

My account was temporarily suspended on 08/09 and I can not currently access it, how does this suspension work? For how long? I have not received any communications from microsoft by email support staff can not help me. Can someone help me please?

I've tried to contact the enforcement staff, but I can not even log in with my account.

Account Temporarily Suspended

Yes, a temporary suspension will automatically be lifted after its expiration date without action from you, but unfortunately I and others here on the forums won't have insight into which date that would be or the reason for it.

A typical first-time suspension is often 24 hours, so try again after that period has elapsed, but it depends on the offence; it could be 48 hours, a week or maybe longer.

All info you need is there. Duration, reason and the possibility to submit a case review.

There should be information regarding the type of suspension, duration, etc.

Side note Usually an email is sent to the primary contact email address on the Microsoft Account with some information regarding the suspension

If you're having trouble signing into the Enforcement website,

try going to the link below and resetting your password there..

Microsoft sign in / Reset Password


If you need help with that contact a Live agent by going to
Xbox Live Support


Once you reset your password for your Microsoft account, you will be able to


see why you were suspended and for how long.

Thanks for replying, but today I talked to a support agent and he tried to help me, but he did not get it either. I have changed the password several times and always stop at this part "Enter your phone number, and we'll send you a security code" and when
I send the code it will appear this message "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow."

Thanks for responding! You're on the right track!

If the phone number that you're trying to send the security code to is correct and up to date,

you'll have to wait 24 hours before trying again. The system locks down after a few failed attempts for security

purposes.

You can also try going with the "I don't have none of these (option for receiving the security code)"

and complete the Account recovery Form.. If that does not work, for sure just wait the 24 hours before

trying again. Here is the link!
