Account temporarily suspended

Hi! so, about 2 months ago, my account was "temporarily" suspended. every time i try log in that message appears:

Your account has been temporarily suspended.

Someone may have used your *MY EMAIL* account to send too much junk or did something that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement. What do you need to do? Contact Customer Service. We'll ask you a few questions and help make sure your account is safe.

And i dont know why it was suspended because when it happened i was offline. i'm not able to play on my account due to this problem. can someone help me?

Account Temporarily Suspended

Yes, a temporary suspension will automatically be lifted after its expiration date without action from you, but unfortunately I and others here on the forums won't have insight into which date that would be or the reason for it.

A typical first-time suspension is often 24 hours, so try again after that period has elapsed, but it depends on the offence; it could be 48 hours, a week or maybe longer.

Check enforcement.xbox.com to see if the enforcement is listed there. You can file a case review if eligible.

If there is nothing listed there and you still get that message, contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

It looks like your MSA has spam issues, check your email on Outlook.com to sort it out. Good luck.

If you sign in at account.live.com it will pop up a box and tell you what you need to do to fix this issue.

I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

What do you mean by 'it didn't change anything'? It should at least give you the reason for your suspension as well as the option to request a case review (see the second link I posted).

Thank you for your answer, I already try this technique with Microsoft support, but it does not change anything.

Thanks for the response but Whenever i login it shows me to fill out the reinstatement form again. My account was not suspended because of enforcement.
