    Hi I hope eveyone reading this is having a blessed day through these awful times. But i have a quesiton with my xbox account. I got hacked and whoever this person is changed my security information to their information and put their email, nothing else and
    turned on 2 factor authentication. So when i fill out recovery forms they are useless. But its my email that is the main email on the account he needs to type in my email to sign in, his email is just the security email. But that matters more becuase i cant
    reset my password or I can fill out recovery forms.

    Reports may make time to be actioned on but they are all dealt with. The Enforcement Team get thousands of complaints a day, so it might take a little time to get to yours.

    I was playing Battlefield 3 a couple weeks ago with someone who threatened to hack and steal my account. I laughed at him and told him what a pathetic incompetent fool he was for making such a bluff. He ended up rage quitting never to be heard from again.
