Account Swap Not Working On My Xbox 360

So I've searched for this on other threads but they were all old and there was no apparant solutions that worked for me. I will briefly explain my situation. My father made an xbox account with his microsoft account and I played on it for 10 years now. I now have my own e-mail and wanted to swap the account with my own e-mail. I tried the Account Swapping but it didn't work. I was dumb so I made another xbox account with my own microsoft e-mail. So now I have the Xbox Account 1 with my dad's e-mail and the Xbox Account 2 with my own e-mail. Now that I try the Account Swapping option it always shows me this message. "Sorry, we can't change your microsoft acocunt. For more info, go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap." What do I do if I want the Xbox Account 1 to be linked with my e-mail and the Xbox Account 2 to be linked with my dad's e-mail.

Ps: I tried to link the xbox account 2 with another microsoft e-mail then linking the xbox account 1 with my own email but when I try to link the other e-mail to the xbox account 2 it still shows the same message so I can't swap. Please be honest and tell me if the Xbox team still didn't fix this problem after it has been reported for 11 years now so I don't lose my time. Thank you for everything, have a nice day!

I'm sorry to say but if the email that you're trying to associate with your father's account is an outlook email you're going to receive an error.

I also want to let you know that our Xbox profiles are linked with our Microsoft Accounts
This means that is not possible to move on Xbox profile or any kind of information to another Microsoft account

So, after calling, this issue was escalated for a specialty team to get involved. Sadly, after the claim was put in, the lady told me that it was going to take up to 20 business days for them to call me. 20 business days is quite some time just for them
to delete this GamerTag off of this e-mail. Last time I dealt with the specialty team, I had to put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to get them to actually make some progress. Hopefully, this issue will get resolved soon. I'll keep everyone
posted.
