They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, but until the site is fixed, there is nothing that can be done.

The website is the only way to contact the enforcement team who are the only ones who handle that.

As far as the other guy, if you reported them, the enforcement team will also be investigating them and taking the appropriate action. Since they have attempted to contact you outside of the Live service, you can also contact the police.

It's not a matter of the website it's an unfair suspension as somebody is spam reporting me. The week of the first suspension somebody got my full name, phone number, and address and sent it to me in a text and then tried to call me. I told the guy on their support line about this and he said "there is nothing I can do." My safety could be on the line because of this, they need to figure this out right now.

Unfortunately, until the enforcement site is fixed, there is nothing that can be done. Support doesn't handle suspensions, so even if you contact them, they would not be able to do anything regarding your suspension.

Yes, but I have done nothing to be suspended for and it is not fair I stream on twitch daily and everything I say and do is recorded and uploaded on twitch's website and for me to get suspended two different times in the same month something is going on and it needs to be fixed and the only way to make them aware of this is to contact them or else I will just keep getting suspended even though I have not broken any guidelines.
