good afternoon, I have a microsoft account suspended for almost 1 year, in it I have a profile of xbox live with a lot of antiquity. One day I tried to log in and it appeared that the account had been temporarily suspended, the bad thing is that I have
already contacted Microsoft many times and still nothing is resolved. The truth is I do not know why I was suspended if I did not do anything, and when I get in touch with them through the form they just tell me not to provide enough details of the suspension
and end the statement. My question is, what should I do?,Where do I go? It is very hard for me to abandon that account for everything that I have invested.

XBox One Account Suspension

My account was suspended due to a sensitive individual not being able to win a race mission/simulation in GTA 5. My son has not touched nor altered the X-Box 1 but yet is being accused of cheating by running people off the road during a race. The object of a race is to win ! Please enlighten me how a game filled with, violence, sexual innuendos and gore be classified as a game with rules when you can shoot and kill police. This is such "BS" !!!!!!! I will never buy another X-Box game and when subscription runs out, I will not renew. I knew I should have purchased a PS4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am truly pissed !

On top of that - You have to answer questions that covers the code of conduct just to get a case review. I have better things to do with my time than to answer questions. Everyone playing Grand Theft Auto should be mature or if not supervised.

XBox One Account Suspension

Ha had to have ago to see what people have said about our account. 4 unsporting and 2 cheater in last 6 months. Just can't work out how my 7yr old daughter is rigging Roblox games?

Hey Ricardo,

Unfortunately the only way to get in touch with Enforcement or to see why the account was suspended is to go to the
Enforcement site
and file a case review. Enforcement members are not on the forums.

To file a case review, look at this
link.

If it's a temporary suspension, then as the title implies it's only temporary and the account will have it's privileges restored once the suspension is over. The account will not have to be abandoned.

You only get enforcement actions if you have broken the terms of use in any way. I would recommend reading the terms of use so you can avoid being suspended again : Xbox.com Terms of Use and Notices

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
