Account Suspension

Hi,

I feel like this is not the right area to post this, but your website led me here. The link I clicked said it was for Xbox One Suspensions and Enforcements and the URL it linked to was "https://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4276.aspx"
but that just redirected to a /home page and I was unable to find a specific area.

My question is in regards to a communications ban. I had one earlier in the year or last year, forget exactly when. I deserved that one, but have since been working on how I respond to people that offend me, and even more so lately, knowing that our clan,
Trump Platoon, would be the target of many people reporting, and falsely so.

I am very curious what "hate speech" or offensive things I said and am banned for.

Please let me know or direct me to the correct place.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

As per the ToU/CoC the enforcement team are under no obligation to give you any proof or specifics.

Are you a Microsoft employee or just someone on the forums? I wonder whether the Enforcement Forums are still valid and you were unaware or if that really is a dated category with dated links.

And just to add: yes as per terms they are not required, but when their website still says you may inquire on the website, they have obligated themselves to an extent.

The enforcement forums were closed down a couple of years ago.

The enforcement site I linked is the only place to enquire about enforcement actions you have if you are eligible for a case review.

 

Would you have preferred I spam forums with another thread just linking to this one for a reference? Or maybe that I responded with some filler text that wasn't "bump" just to get the same result?

I'll always bump if my thread--or any subsequent follow-up questions--in a SUPPORT forum goes unnoticed. You do what you have to, but I will not be ignored my friend.

Now that I have the answer to my follow-up, I do thank you, and wish you not to take the last two sentences personally. Forums tend to have ridiculous rules in my opinion. And this is coming from an ex-community manager.

I was not answered. I had a follow-up question, because your website is outdated and your response did not seem to make sense until it was clarified.

I will honor rules. Did not know bumping was against rules. If I did, I would just have copied and pasted the question, thereby getting the same result. Hence my complaint as to why in my humble opinion it is a silly rule, but again, I will honor it.

What's funny is the pride that comes with telling people not to bump. I doubt you even passed along the outdated link info to someone, and if you did I love how you just have that authoritarian tone in your typing, and not a drop or shred of thankfulness
for my trying to help update the site.
