Account suspension still on?

I recently received a 14 day suspension on my account on the 12th of March and as of today, I am still restricted from using my account, i'm not sure what to do or who to talk to.

Account Suspension Still Active

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

Account Suspension Still Active

My account, , on Xbox one was suspended on September 25th until October 2nd 11am, or at least this is what the enforcement history said. It is past 11am on October 2nd yet my account suspension is still active, I am still unable to play multiplayer
games, I cannot communicate with friends in parties or send messages to them, and I cannot change anything in my profile. I am just wondering why the suspension is still active and how to make It inactive.

You'll want to double check http;//enforcement.xbox.com to see if it shows a new suspension. If not, contact support to see if they still show an active suspension (they won't have information regarding the suspension though). 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in

Yes. There is such a thing as a permanent suspension. However, you may have just had an extension on the suspension and not a permanent suspension. You would need to contact support to find out if you are still suspended and for how long. They will not have

So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

It wasn't a permanent suspension otherwise you won't have access still to the account, probably was a mistake on the enforcement email, but the suspension was a week, site could been having issues, but an appeal it's not necessary at the moment as the suspension it's already over
