    This does not help me avoid from repeating what just happened because in my eyes I did nothing wrong. How am I supposed to stop this from happening again if I don’t know what even caused it, Should I just never use Microsoft looking for group again because it’s what it seems like

    i called microsoft a couple of days ago, they said it was not fixed because the warranty sticker had been tampered with and now it is void!! its a load of crap! i have never touched this xbox its always just been sitting collecting dust for a couple months!
