Account suspension request due to therapist/law enforcement suggestion.

Is there any way I can voluntarily and permanently restrict my console from accessing Xbox Live? It was suggested that I ask this because of my behavior while using the service has become increasingly toxic. I would like to prevent any and all access.
I have had my account suspended before, and in my opinion, the suspension should not have been lifted under any circumstances. Therefore I would like to voluntarily and permanently surrender my access to xbox live.

previous thread, there is no way to suspend an account like that. Please refrain from creating duplicate threads.

Is your account suspended do to payment issues, or is it from an enforcement action?

If it's an enforcement issued suspension, you'll have to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com for details about the suspension/request a case review, if qualified.

If it's suspended due to payment issues, you'll need to go to
https://account.microsoft.com/ and get the billing issue squared away.

This is a matter concerning the law enforcement not xbox support.

I suggest you to pursue this issue with the law enforcement in your area.

if the account is permanately suspended

as per the terms of use when an account is permantely suspended all licenses are forfeit

and TERMS of USE are enforcable by law

if it is just a few days suspension you will have to wait

you can ask in the account suspension forums for an answer

however all suspensions are handed out with thorough investigations and cannot be lifted

Law enforcement can call support with the serial number etc and track it if it connects

But only law enforcement can make those requests and there have been cases
