Account suspension over profile picture

Xbox are going to have some problems suspending accounts because of a grim reaper on a profile picture especially when the suspension is effecting my ability to stream and in turn effecting my stats with my streaming and possible chance of loading earnings and followers... A simple notification that the profile picture was unable to be used. It was completely unnecessary to suspend my account and I demand it's removal if it's not removed then I will look into legal action for loss of earnings

Most likely yours was removed because someone filed a complaint on yours, but they haven't filed one on anyone else. If you see a gamerpic that violates the code of conduct, file a complaint via the console so the enforcement team can investigate them.
While you may see nothing wrong with it, everything on Live has to remain E for everyone. From the code of conduct:

Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content

Controversial religious content
Anything involving notorious people or organizations

The only problem with that is that this was taken down 10 minutes after this was posted. I doubt that anyone has seen and reported this picture within that time limit, everyone on my friends list share my same sense of humor and I haven't played an online
game yet so other players have yet to see this.

I had my profile picture falsely reported and suspended for a day it never gave me the option to appeal even after 24 hours. The suspension is over now but it still doesn’t let me add a custom profile picture. Please help.
