account suspension on something i never used before?

im an xbox rewards user, I was going on for my monthly survey and to finally redeem my rewards points, and I found out from the xbox rewards site that it was being turned into something called Microsoft rewards, however when I clicked the
"let's go" link and signed into this rewards thing, it said my account was suspended. im not sure what went on with that? ive never heard of Microsoft rewards before

communications banned

sorry your account is your responsibility at ALL times so if anybody used your account (which is not allowed) and did something to warrant any kind of suspension/ban it is on you. I have NEVER heard of a permanent communication ban they are usually temporary.
you can post in the suspension forum at the bottom of the main support forum to see exactly why you are communications banned but as I said I NEVER heard of a permanent one before so your friends must have REALLY done something bad for them to give one out.

 

my xbox account is suspended from multiplayer for harassment but never did i harass anyone.

my account is on suspension from multiplayer for something i never did. its says i cant play online. this suspension better be lifted or im selling this xbox and going back to playstation
