    I'm embarrassed, shameful, and disgusted with what I did to receive the suspensions that I got, which were rightfully given to me. I what was told of me to to, and I let my suspension play out it's duration. Since then, I believe I haven't done a single thing to warrant another suspension since March, and I'm proud of myself for keeping my cool all this time. However, even months after my suspension ended, everytime I open the Game Pass app on my phone, it tells me that my account is still suspended, even though it isn't. I've uninstalled the app, cleared the cache, went to the enforcement page to have it all cleared up, yet the message that I've been suspended is still there every time I open the app, and it's humiliating to me.

    Does anyone know how to make the message stop appearing? Please?

    I really and truly thank you for the help you are giving me, but the page you sent me to, doesn't have answers for how to report any problems on any app on mobile, only Xbox, which is a feature that I don't have access to, for whatever reason.

    The suspension ended the 18th of March, this year. And it isn't the xbox that is the problem, the notification for the suspension stopped popping up a day after the suspension ended. It's a problem with the Game Pass app on mobile. The notice just never goes away. I got some friends to try Game Pass on my account, and I'm worried about them finding out about the vile, horrible things I said, that cause this issue to begin with.
