Account suspension leading to a console ban and issues

Recently my account got suspended in communication for "trash talk" to be honest i deserved this. some times i get out of control and being cocky i usually respond to trash talk and its a on going issue. My good friend has told me countless times not to
respond but you know being myself i always do. so i decided from now on instead of using words i plan to never send another message with words and instead let the Microsoft provided emoticons talk for me.

more on topic, recently about 2 days after i received the communication ban, i received a harassment ban preventing me from playing multiplayer due to repeated offenses. now i guess i deserve this as well because again i take things to far.

The Problem is not my account ban, its the fact that you guys deemed it necessary to ban my console so that all accounts are effected. when the Xbox one first came out, my brother and my parents split bought the console with the acception i, his little brother
gets to use it. well my older brother works during the day and then comes home which is when he gets to use the Xbox to play with his friends but since the console was banned all accounts are effected.

He is not very happy since this Friday there is a tournament for halo wars 2 that he was going to play in and even had a team but now since i caused this issue he cannot play in it. i read somewhere that the console is banned for an entire month and with
halo wars 2 receiving its final update, its going to die out fast and really only has a life of maybe 1-2 months with this being the biggest one.

I would ask you enforcement team to remove the current console bans as it was me who committed the crimes not my brother. we have pass worded accounts so even if i wanted i cannot log into his account.

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

If your account was suspended then they did in fact do a investigation. Any and all questions regarding bans/suspensions need to be directed here. The XBLPET are the
only ones with information regarding account acction leading to suspensions and bans.
