Account suspension help

Good Morning,

On the 7th of May, I received an email that my Microsoft / Xbox account has been suspended as I violated the T&C.

It was a bit of a surprise as until today I still don't know what did I do wrong, but my main problem is that after multiple emails, maybe around 20-30 I managed to get help finally from a person called Anabel who email me on the 6th of June. She told me they reviewed it and the suspension is removed. I checked my Microsoft account from my phone and I was able to access it, but when I tried to log in to Xbox Live, the suspension was still there. Today is the 27th of June and still didn't manage to get any reply to see if she can see why the suspension is still there. I sent again loads of emails, but no luck... anyone here knows how to get in touch with the Microsoft Customer Protection - Online Safety department as I believe they might be able to help?

Unfortunately there is no direct method of contact with the team you mention, the only way for them to continue to review your case is to speak to a support agent through this web site

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement as i clearly stated so contacting them will do nothing.

Yes I did, that was the first thing after the suspension, but as I had no idea what did I do wrong, I only wrote in the appeal if they can let me know what did I do wrong. A couple of hours later they declined the appeal, without clarifying the exact problem.

You would have to try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if there is anything they can do regarding some of the issues, but the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the case review is the only way to contact them.

Hi there,

When the suspension notification is sent out, it gives all users the note about a Permanent Suspension impact.

If the date of your suspension doesn't end in 9999, then you can ignore the note about permanent suspension impact as it doesn't apply in your case.

Only the police can investigate a cyber crime, not Microsoft. And there is no team to be escalated, only the online case review on the enforcement website. If your case review got denied, nothing can be done.
