    Hello, i am writing because i can find no way to fix this issue. i have purchased the xbox 2$ gamepass and downloaded and installed the xbox beta app on my pc with the windows 10 updates aswell. when i try to login to the xbox app on pc it tells me my account
    is suspended and to check xbox enforcement to see why it is suspended. when i check i am greeted with a message saying my account is in perfect standing. however, when checking the virtual assistant app, it tells me that i have an active suspension. this doesnt
    make sense? if i have an active suspension, why did they let me purchase the 2$ gamepass? to take my money and not let me use the service i purchased? also this account hasnt been used my me in over 8 years... can someone tell me how to deal with this situation.
    i cannot get anyone to call me from xbox right now, and i cant even file an appeal for the suspension as it doesnt even show up on my xbox enforcement page... someone refund the time your service wasted right now, i should get a month extention for this.

    Ok so I'm not 100% sure but xbox was having issues again inexcusably mind you for the 3rd time in like 2 weeks and so this means a few things either you were suspended enformencet isnt updated you arent suspended at all and there services are screwing
    up or it's just not registering your purchase immediately and with the bugged up service is giving you an improper error message

    my biggest question is, why in the heck did it LET ME purchase the game pass when IT KNEW i was suspended... take my money and not let me use the service, classic scam microsoft... get your peoples to program it so accounts with an ACTIVE SUSPENSION CANNOT

    The service most likely needs to be updated their side still, and you cant appeal if its anything shorter than a 24 hour comms suspension.
