With sony there is no appeal

A phone line would.only.be spammed and you would.never get thru if anyone could phone to appeal as they would repeatedly call to try

That is the only way to appeal your suspension. Retaliation is never the appropriate response to harassment on xbox live. It's always best to report the user and move on.

In my original post I state that I appealed the suspension already (hence the asking if humans review them), and the response I got was canned saying I was harassing someone.

Please note that account suspensions can be appealed on Xbox, but account suspensions on PlayStation cannot.
