Account suspension appeal

Hello,

My son and his friends got my account suspended while having a sleepover. I went to appeal the suspension but it says “not approved”. I never filed an appeal unless it was them and if that’s the case it was unauthorized activity. Please allow me to appeal my suspended account, or let me know what to do. Thank you

Consoles can't be unbanned. Sorry

Please note that account suspensions can be appealed on Xbox, but account suspensions on PlayStation cannot.

Console bans cannot be appealed on either

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.

There's no specific timetable for when you should hear back from the enforcement team. They also will not contact you during their re-investigation.

You have to talk to the enforcement people no one here can actually help you as it's not actually employees responding back.
