Account Suspension Advice?

Welcome to Xbox Community Forums. We appreciate for sharing your concern with us and we hope that you are doing well today.

We understand that you need advise of your 12 years old son's Xbox account. As per post description a friend of your son has change the profile picture which resulted to suspension. We know that your son's account was already suspended due to that act. Microsoft wants to create a healthy gaming environment and that's why we do have enforcement team who will protect and maintain this.

If your enforcement action meets the criteria above, here’s how you submit a case review, please follow the steps below; ( How to submit a case review | Xbox Support - from this link)

1. Sign in to the Xbox Safety’s site with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action. Sign in
   
   Note If you have a child account that’s part of an Xbox family group, an organizer in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review before you can submit a case review.
   
2. Select the orange tile with the handshake icon.
   
3. Find the active enforcement action that you have a question about, and then select Apply.
   
4. Select the check box to confirm that you’ve read and agreed with the Terms of Use, and then select Agree.
   
5. Answer our short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox.
   
6. Select the green arrow icon.
   
7. Enter what info you’d like to learn about your enforcement action, and then select Submit.
   

Note Xbox welcomes all case review inquiries. However, we won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit a case for review or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines that are outlined within the Community Standards for Xbox. Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.

Just to set your expectation that our support boundaries are limited to we can do or recommend on our end. Thus, forums and customer support (including phone and chat support team) are unable to assist you with any suspensions or enforcement actions as we have a dedicated team for this.

Follow the advice from the other posters. The PET only posts in the account suspensions forums. They won't post here to tell you if it's a bannable offence or not.

Please follow Vaynel's advice and post in the account suspension forum.

As no one outside of that forum can give you an official reply I have locked this up.

Check the link provided by Chyolla, that will inform you whether or not you have a suspension on your account. If you are not banned, then follow Wolfie's advice, hopefully that will fix the problem for you.

Xbox doesn't ban accounts based on how many reports they receive; each report is investigated thoroughly.

Customer support cannot assist with suspensions, and as this is a short suspension it cannot be appealed.

My best advice is to wait for your suspension to end.
