    I got this message on my xbox that my account was susspended...

    So, I get in contact with customer service and read the email detailing the suspension. Everything I found led me to the xbox enforcement page. I logged onto the page and for three days I have been trying to figure out how to submit a case review because my enforcement history says I have a perfect record and do not have a current suspension.

    If anyone has any idea what is wrong with my account or any suggestions to further persue the issue any help is apprciated. I am just trying to see if reattaining my account is feasable and why I was banned in the first place.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Suspended until this 24th of december....it is the 24th and still cant log on.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.
