Account suspended

My account has a temporary suspension for something my 9 yr old son allegedly did.

I believe this is possibly malicious due to a friend fallout by callumlynch7.

If it is substantiated I will discipline my son.

Is there evidence to prove wrong doing, if so what is the nature of it?

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

All you can do is file for a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-ie

That’s really all you can do. They may not overturn it because even though you may have not done it, you’re still responsible for your account.

That site will explain all.

you should get a different account for your son your account could get ban. There are many child block you can put on his account to watch him.

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.

When your account is suspended it will notify you when you log on when the account is suspended until.

Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
