are you guys crazy? You guys block me because a little kid got his butt kicked in old fashioned pvp ....then he sent some msgs to us and we responded, and I got suspended? Last time I checked, Xbox text was free of speech and in a free country company,
like Microsoft. When did you guys started been the police ? You guys are about to loose a customer since 2006....this is crazy. I'm extremely frustrated with the fact that you blocking me from my entertainment. You are blocking me to call a kid bitch? That
is not a bad word anymore people. This feels like Cuba now. You might make your product in China but don't act like them censoring us. There is content filter. If little kids are offended, then suspend their parents for allowing them to play. Thank Microsoft

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

 

If you responded with something that breaks the code of conduct then YES you will get suspended.

The last time i checked freedom of speech doesnt apply to privately entities. You have no freedom of speach when it comes to private networks such as Xbox Live or PSN or anything online for that matter.

Xbox live behavior is supposed to be "E for everyone". It doesnt matter who started it.

Dont break the rules and you wont have to worry about getting banned.

As a refresher, the U.S. Constitution covers only what the U.S. Government can and cannot do.
The First Amendment - Freedom of Speech - specifically says "Congress shall make
no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

As Kind Gryphon noted, it does not apply to private entities such as Microsoft,
