Account suspended years ago, no way to submit case review

Hello, quite a long time ago I was suspended for using a glitch to have free access to certain games and DLC by sharing. Since then I've grown quite a lot and would like to be given a second chance with my old account.

However there is no way to submit a case review, I've looked around for various ways to send it, but my enforcement page states I'm in good order and no way to send a review, the direct URL just tells me "page not found" and there doesn't appear to be a way to contact Microsoft Directly on these pages.

I understand if it's not possible to get this account back, but figured it was worth a try.

Being that old it's from before the enforcement site existed and I've seen some things show up weird from that time. So it's possible.

I think we can safely say it's not possible and, given the seriousness of the offense, probably wouldn't have been possible back then anyway

You can only appeal an Enforcement action up to, I believe, a year after it comes into effect.

A little surprised to see your account showing a perfect record when it's banned but maybe that's normal
