Account suspended past suspension date??

so my account was suppose to be suspended till decemeber 18th 2017 , due to an inappropriate gamer picture thanks to my brother.... , its currently December 19 and my account is still suspended from playing online ??? I wanna know is there anything i can
do , i tried to file a case review but once i clicked the button it sort of disappeared and now since my suspension is up there is no case review button... someone please help as i am a paying customer and have used xbox live for 5+ years it’s annoying that
i cant get ahold of anyone to help....

Suspension issues

does any one know what it mean when you log on to your account on Microsoft to check a suspension and it says PAST ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS instead of ACTIVE SUSPENSION. I was suspended for 2 weeks and my 2 weeks was up yesterday but I still can't play

Suspension/Ban

This thread is to bring much needed attention to the suspensions and bans. While I could write a book on this, keep it simple, or try. You have your player feedback. Good/needs work ect.. Reality is, people have no clue, with the exception of "complaints" what their being suspended/banned for, till persons submits case review. Then after review, persons has no clue why they are suspended till after, is this a fair process? By then, the "oh, I had an ignorant moment" strikes.. Then it's too late to appeal or make a case. Already done. I hope, with the backing of others, think their needs to be further review of policy. Their are the repeat offenders, keep them honest. Then you have the first time offenders that get 2 week suspensions, again without knowing why until case review is done, many see this as unfair.. Then it shows, you can still play multi player but communication restricted- I find this a false statement considering, temp suspensions- your unable to play multiplayer. What about those that understand and take ownership? 2 weeks on first suspension? Harsh considering kids that curse others on their parents account..? Yet, the one that defendes themselves, suspended, understand 24 but 2 weeks, first offense? Shouldn't there be an objective perspective/judgement also explaining discpline opposed to the current..? I'm all for making a safer community but what's the harm in looking @ the repeat offenders vs first time!? Gamers should always respect others! Parents should monitor. Keeps hard working Xbox live workers from having to deal with hot heads.

first thing to check what information is shown on
http://enforcement.xbox.com if it shows a suspension on there then you need to wait until it is lifted,

if it doesn't show a suspension on that link then you could try the following

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

my account says i do not have an active suspension. I called and spoke with microsoft and they are saying it is 0ct 6 when my suspension is up not oct 8th. when i go into my account on enforcement.xbox.com the suspension that you are telling me to write
a case review on is over and there is no way to file a case review since its past the date it was suspended until. thats where im having the problem

Check how it's listed on the enforcement site. If it says it's a communication suspension then you should only be suspended from communicating through Xbox (there should be an end date as well). You can also try signing in and playing. If it's a full account suspension, it won't let you.

If it says it's a content takedown and there's no suspension dates, then they would have removed whatever it as that caused it, but your account wouldn't be suspended.

The suspension wil be lifted at the exact time it was suspended. SO if it was suspended at 11:59 pm, it wont be un suspended until 11:59 pm of the suspension lift date.

OK but when i sign in to my account it not type the end date of my suspension it just say that my account have been suspend and I check my mail microsoft only send a mail to say my account was suspended
