    Account Suspended for something I didn't do


    I have come to seek help after my account has been suspended because of frequent attempts to get a refund. What doesn't make sense is that the only reason I tried to get refunds was because I was triple charged when trying to get Xbox live membership. According
    to you guys, it was a glitch in the system and I would be refunded with no problems. Now apparently I have been suspended for something I didn't even do in the first place. I hope your enforcement team could get rid of the suspension after reviewing my case
    again.

    My account got hacked and suspended but I got my account back.

    It's Ok But I didn't get suspended for something I did they suspended the account so the hacker can't use it. Thanks for you're time!
