Account suspended for no visible reason

I've got my xbox series s this monday, I havent played much, sent zero messages, no warnings, and i just got my account suspended. There was no ban time, but i had to login into my xbox app and send some codes to unlock my account. I checked if i got any
suspicious logins on my account, but it was clean. Ive also checked my reports history, but it was also clean. No signs of violation, yet still i got banned. Why is that? If im getting suspended for no reason, it doesnt really sounds like fun.

I was offline at the moment i turned console on, with pop up im suspended. I coudlnt use any online future. I logged into my xbox app on phone and it told me that im banned and i need to do via email codes check. And i got unbanned just like that. Just after
reconnect i got pop up on main menu with platinum microsoft rules, mentioning about behaviuour in online games. Im assuming it was some kind of warning ban, but why? Only multiplayer game i played so far was brawlhalla, for like 2 hours. Noone messeged me,
neither did i.

Also, its my first xbox console, i was ps4 user till now

Hello so what feature are you banned on??? I know you state recently youve done nothing on your account, be aware enforcement follows your account from day one of Xbox Live. So it could be something from years ago if truly a ban/suspension.

Depending on how long your suspension is there is a way to appeal it if its longer than 24 hours

Since your a newer xbox live member, perhaps another gamer and/or gamers filed complaints against your account through xbox live. Some people do this with or without a reason.

It's only the single player that is rated,the online aspect is not rated.

It's not a case of "manning up"

If you can't respect other people online then perhaps you shouldn't be playing online

Some people don't like to be swore at,screamed at etc. & they have as much right to go on xbox live as you do.

I have physical & mental health problems & so do many others,not sure why you felt the need to mention that as it has nothing to do with xbox live.
