    Account suspended for absolutley no reason??


    I'm hoping someone can help me. My account was suspended because apparently my profile picture contained nudity/lewd/obscene language etc. My profile was a picture of my face, nothing more. All my friends have pictures of themselves on their Xbox accounts
    but for some reason mine was suspended. I really do not understand. I did nothing wrong. This is very unfair that my account is suspended for something I didn't even do and I am not even given a chance to fight it.

    Meaningless Suspension

    I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

    Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    Since your a newer xbox live member, perhaps another gamer and/or gamers filed complaints against your account through xbox live. Some people do this with or without a reason.

    It's only the single player that is rated,the online aspect is not rated.

    It's not a case of "manning up"

    If you can't respect other people online then perhaps you shouldn't be playing online

    Some people don't like to be swore at,screamed at etc. & they have as much right to go on xbox live as you do.

    I have physical & mental health problems & so do many others,not sure why you felt the need to mention that as it has nothing to do with xbox live.

    No one can help me on there either that is why i am posting on here. So where can i find actual help?
    Xbox enforcement don't have a way to contact the other then submitting a case review. I think that would be the best option. Otherwise you can get in touch with Microsoft legal team since you stated you are taking legal actions.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/compliance/integrity
