    Does Anyone Know What To Do In This Situation... This Morning I Went To Log On To My Xbox One And It Wouldnt Let Me Log On So I Checked My Email And I Noticed Somone In Turkey Tried Logging On To My Account So When I Put In My Password And I Tried Logging On It Said my Account Has Been locked And It Can Send Me A Verification Code To A Certain Phone Number But That Is My Old Phone Number That Is No longer In Service........ And The Only Other Way For Me To Get My Account Back It Says Is To Make A Account Recovery Request And So I Did That And It Said They Can Not Confirm That I'm The Owner So I Don't Know What To Do I Have Pictures of Receipts I Have Email Receipts Showing That I Bought Xbox Game Pass Xbox live I Have Proof that I Own the Account But I Don't Know What To Do And I'm Very Upset Because I Don't Want To Lose My Account I Have A lot Of Money And Time Caught Up In That Account And I Have Had It For Years.

    You forfiet any games,dlc etc. bought with that account if it is banned.

    This is something you agreed to in the terms & conditions when you started your xbox live account.

    There is no direct number anymore. You have to request a call through the support page. If you're not seeing the option, change your category/topic. The site should also list the hours of operation so if they are not there right now, you'll need to try
    again later.
