    I have an xbox live billing issue that I need to discuss with the billing department. Does anyone know what the super secret number is to get a live person to talk to?? All of the numbers I have tried just bounce me to the virtual assistant who can't
    answer the question and the request a call feature isn't working. Ugh!!

    You forfiet any games,dlc etc. bought with that account if it is banned.

    This is something you agreed to in the terms & conditions when you started your xbox live account.

    There is no direct number anymore. You have to request a call through the support page. If you're not seeing the option, change your category/topic. The site should also list the hours of operation so if they are not there right now, you'll need to try
    again later.

    the option to request a call back is currently unavailable but you can still talk to a real person at Support by selecting the Chat Online option.
