Account still isnt unbanned

Maybe you need to wait some becuse of holidays and such.

Is this just happening on the xbox console itself? Have you tried signing into the account at account.microsoft.com or account.xbox.com

If so does it allow you to sign in on either of those websites?

If not does it give you any sort of error message?

You said that you have removed this profile from the console when you try and redownload it does it still give you the error that the account is banned or what does it say?

banned and I cannot enjoy pleasures of xbox live.

Might take some time before the system updates your info.

Wait a day or 2 and see if it is back to pre ban.
