Discus and support account status profile is correct in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i am receiving a notification that my profile needs to be updated and therefore my rewards are not going through but my profile is correct...     Gold on 360 and One

    I'm having some issues at the moment with Fifa 14 and multiple gold accounts on the XB1.

    My account with Gold is on the XB1, my son who has XB360 in his bedroom also has gold. But after installing FIFA14 under my profile and then adding my sons XBL gold account, I can access the online part of the game, but my son gets the following message:

    "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature"

    Should we both have access to FIFA14 online? Or is it restricted to the profile that downloaded it?

    It looks like you are being affected by a known issue where user's billable account information is corrupted and sent incorrectly. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve. However, I see that you recently received a deposit on the 12th before
    the error resumed again on the 26th. Can you recall doing anything with your billable accounts that may have brought a change with your deposits? This information may aid in assisting our other team with their resolution. We see that this error caused a failure
    on September 28th, your deposit succeeded on the 12th, and then the error caused another failure on the 26th.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with your profile status.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend that you try to
    remove your account and re-add it
    and see if that helps reset your status of your account to the correct state.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    well the account you are posting from is still silver if you recently updated your gold status it takes time for the system to catch up you can speed up the process by running a system speed test or delete profile (profile only!) and download it again this
    way you are getting a fully updated version that SHOULD have now show the correct gold status then you will get those games for gold free games, good luck!

    Hi CenturionXXI,

    It's likely that the login status of the Microsoft Account which has the active subscription changed from the Microsoft Store app. I'm pretty sure the Xbox (beta) app uses the account signed into the Store app for verification purposes.

    Open the Microsoft Store app and click on the profile icon in the top right corner. Confirm that the correct account is logged into the Store and then verify it is the same account you are logged into the Xbox (beta) app. If the correct account is signed
    in, then simply log out of the Microsoft Store app and then log back into the Microost Store app.

    The Game Pass subscription will be linked to the MS Account that has purchased or redeemed it.

    Make sure you are sign into that account and then you can either visit the Game Pass app or the Store, any game that is available on Game Pass will be available for download if your using the correct account.

    What you can also do is check youare signed in with the correct account. When you run the app you can view this by running the Xbox Beta PC app, click on your profile picter, select settings, and then check the subscription status.
