    “Failed to login” “we tried to sign into your microsoft account, but somethingn went wrong” has been happening since bedrock came out. Am i able to reset my login to change the microsoft account associated with my minecraft on ps4 or are you able to tell
    me the information ive put in?

    Hi,

    I'd recommend trying to log in to your Microsoft Account on another device (e.g. PC or phone) at myaccount.microsoft.com.

    Confirm you have the correct details (so type the password in afresh). If you can login on other devices with that Microsoft Account, then we can at least determine that the issue is on the PS4. If you can't login elsewhere, then we have an account issue and
    can look at that.

    Remember, to type your password in (don't reply on your PC or browser remembering it).
