    So my question is can I use my account to play games on my phone while my friend jumps on her account (which isn't gold) using my xbox and use my ultimate with account sharing?

    i think he is on about the xcloud service, this can only be used by the actuall account with the sub, it cannot be shared with other or family.

    xCloud is not shareable, only the account that has the subscription will be able to enjoy Xcloud.

    However, you can normally install Game Pass on console games and share the games.

    I understand streaming games (Xcloud) is not yet available for the console, only selected insiders to have access at the moment.

    If you share the account with your friend, this could be the problem, as only the person who is the subscriber will be able to use xcloud as it is a benefit only for them.

    Cannot use Xcloud despite being able to use Game Pass Ultimate via family sharing.

    yes, as xcloud is not one of the perks that can be shared.

    because they designed xcloud to be account specific. they may come out with a way that family members can use it or shared access but until that happens then only the account that has the sub can use it.
